Drama Twenty Five, Twenty One Reveals Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk's Relationship

The Korean drama Twenty Five, Twenty One has leaked new footage from the story of Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk. Set in 1998, Twenty Five, Twenty One tells the story of a young man whose dreams have been stopped due to the IMF crisis.

Launching Soompi, Sunday (2/20/2022), Kim Tae Ri plays Na Hee Do, a fencer and Nam Joo Hyuk plays Baek Yi Jin, whose family is hit by a financial crisis.

They first met at the age of 18 and 22 and then fell in love at the age of 21 and 25.

In the previous episode, Na Hee Do shared his feelings for Baek Yi Jin after receiving harsh comments from his fencing idol, Go Yu Rim (WJSN's Bona).

"Do you know? I really admire him. But now I hate it," he said.

The footage shows the two facing off on the fencing runway. First, Na Hee Do helps the embarrassed Baek Yi Jin with the cable on his jacket, and he looks at her as if admiring her abilities. The two wore fencing uniforms and stood face to face in Tae Yang High's gymnasium in the middle of the night.

It is said that Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk were very excited while practicing for the scene. They also created a friendly atmosphere on set when discussing the scene. Kim Tae Ri, who practices more fencing, helps Nam Joo Hyuk with his moves to be more perfect.
