Young actor Im Jae Hyuk is in the spotlight because of the totality he showed during the filming of "All of Us Are Dead". Because he was willing to gain more than 30 kilograms for his role in the Netflix drama.

Im Jae Hyuk plays Yang Dae Su, one of the Hyosan High School students who struggles with Nam On Jo (Park Ji Hu) and Lee Cheong San (Yoon Chan Young) cs. Due to his chubby body, he uses his powers to fight zombies and protect his friends.

For the sake of playing the character, Im Jae Hyuk is willing to increase his weight by tens of kilograms. This was revealed by YouTuber Lee Jin Ho in one of his videos on YouTube.

Lee Jin Ho revealed that Im Jae Hyuk has lost and gained a total of about 100 kilograms. Because the agency requires him to have an ideal weight, while he must be fat in "All of Us Are Dead".

YouTuber Lee Jin Ho said, "When he first signed a contract with his agency, he lost 30 kilograms. This has been confirmed by the agency. However, his weight increased to 32 kilograms for his role in 'All of Us Are Dead'."

After finishing filming "All of Us Are Dead", Im Jae Hyuk went on a diet again and managed to lose 25 kilograms and currently weighs 82 kilograms. In total, Im Jae Hyuk managed to lose and gain almost 100 kilograms of weight in just two years.

Lee Jin Ho also revealed that despite his current popularity, Im Jae Hyuk continues to do tough part-time jobs such as delivering goods.

Meanwhile, "All of Us Are Dead" is a drama based on a webtoon of the same name. The original work tells the story of a group of students trapped in their school during a zombie outbreak. As a result, the students desperately run away from the school so they don't turn into zombies.

The drama managed to top the Netflix TV show category worldwide the day after its release and has topped the chart for five days in a row. This drama also continues to break Netflix records after beating the records of its predecessors, "Squid Game" and "Hellbound". (wk/eval)
