Not Just Kisses, Lee Se Young Unpacks The Bed Scene in 'The Red Sleeve' Script Is Hotter
Lee Se Young was asked about the bed scene which she said has an audience rating of 19 years and over. However, when it aired, the audience of 'The Red Sleeve' felt that the scene was not too hot.

Lee Se Young recently had an interview session discussing her acting in "The Red Sleeve". The 1992-born actress plays the character of Seong Deok Im, a strong-willed court lady who is initially reluctant to become a concubine.

In the interview, Lee Se Young was asked about the bed scene which he said has an audience rating of 19 years and over. However, when it aired, the audience of "The Red Sleeve" felt that the scene was not too hot.

Lee Se Young jokingly said, "I think in that period, it will be rated R19+. We went too far in the hope that many people would watch." The beautiful actress then unpacks the scene in the script "The Red Sleeve" is actually hotter.

Actually in the script the scene continues. San (Junho) takes off his sokjeoksam (Joseon-style underwear) and kisses the letter tattoo on Deok Im's back. The scene in the script is kissing, then kissing the tattoo, then the embarrassed Deo Kim turns back, then another kiss scene," said Lee Se Young.

However, they did not follow what was stated in the script because the director felt the scene was too hot. "The director thought it was too much to do everything until the end, so it was decided to replace it with a scene in the morning immediately after waking up," added the director.

Lee Se Young went on to mention how Seong Deok Im wants to live an ordinary life. The beautiful actress explained that playing Seong Deok Im made her reflect on whether she had lived each moment well and felt the little moments of happiness.

Lee Se Young added, "I got the idea that I should live happily while enjoying life a little more." Approaching the age of 30, he has a more optimistic mindset, wanting to make his life motto about living life more enjoyable.

Meanwhile, "The Red Sleeve" ended the broadcast by draining the audience's tears. Because Yi San and Seong Deok Im's first child died at a young age. Plus Seong Deok Im who slowly gets sick and dies too. (wk/charity)
