Having a healthy lifestyle will certainly have a positive impact on the body and mind. Although it is undeniable that it is not easy to consistently carry out a healthy lifestyle, but Seungkwan has other ways to continue exercising.
The member of SEVENTEEN (II) recently perfectly put on a different look for his latest photoshoot. She exudes a unique aura with her graceful expression and gentle yet charismatic eyes in the magazine photo shoot.
During the interview after his photo shoot, Seungkwan talked about the healthy habits he's been following lately. He says that he aims to walk 15 thousand steps a day.
"I try to walk even for 30 minutes ahead of an important schedule. We need to use the thigh and hip muscles to burn fat quickly, so I do a lot of squats at home," said Seungkwan later.
About his goals for 2022, Seungkwan shared that in 2022 he wants to be more productive in producing works. "This year, my goal is to upload lots of singing videos and work on lots of songs. I have a strong image as a 'variety show idol,' but I want to tell people that I enjoy singing and that I'm good at it," said Seungkwan.
Then Seungkwan also shared that he recently liked the phrase "just do it". "Lately, I like the phrase 'just do it'. It means just doing something without worrying about it, so I will do whatever I can this year," said Seungkwan later.
Meanwhile, Seungkwan recently received a personal award through the Korea First Brand Daesang in the Male Idol Entertainer category. In addition, SEVENTEEN also received an award at the end of 2021 through the 2021 Asia Artist Awards.
