According to the police report, the woman even begged to be saved. The police stated, "A woman came running to me and asked me to save her life."
To the police, the woman said, "At a nearby hotel, a man and I put cocoa powder (presumably hemp) into a hookah and inhaled it. After that, I ran away because I was afraid of abnormal reactions, such as my heartbeat becoming too fast. "
However, the man involved denied having used drugs with the woman. He reasoned, "That woman said it because she was too drunk."
