IU won the Digital Daesang (Digital Song of the Year) at the 2022 GDA for the second year in a row with 'Celebrity.' Her makeup when appearing reap more attention.
The 36th Golden Disc Awards will take place on January 8, 2022 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. IU who received the Digital Daesang received various comments for her appearance when bringing "LILAC."
IU won the Digital Daesang (Digital Song of the Year) for the second year in a row with “Celebrity.” The owner of the name Lee Jieun also became the first artist in the history of the Golden Disc Awards to win a total of three Digital Daesangs.

IU then expressed her nervousness while giving a speech and the three MCs stood right next to her. He continued his victory speech which ended by thanking fans and also his agency, EDAM Entertainment.
"Thank you to the people around me for helping me get up when I fell, and I want to give this honor back to Uaena (fandom), my family, EDAM Entertainment, and my team," said IU.
"In my 30s, which is about to begin, instead of competing with my past self, I will live as well as I want. I still have a lot of flaws, but I hope that everyone will continue to love and hate me. my driving force," he concluded.
