While appearing on a television program recently, Lee Dong Wook revealed his experience starring in the drama 'Strangers From Hell'. Here's the full narrative.

Lee Dong-wook apparently experienced tremendous mental stress while acting as a psychopathic killer in the OCN drama 'Strangers From Hell', he said when he appeared as a guest on the tvN program "You Quiz on the Block".

In "Strangers From Hell", Lee Dong Wook played a psychopathic killer named Seo Mon Jo. This role apparently makes him very scared in the real world.

Lee Dong Wook said, "I act while always reminding myself that everything is an act that shouldn't actually happen. The director also asked me to act, so that my character doesn't get any justification, narration or reason behind his actions."

Lee Dong Wook even tried to calm himself down due to being too immersed in the role. He explained, "I thought it was fine even when playing the villain. But my friends say that my eyes have changed."

"In fact, one day, I looked in the mirror after washing my face and I wasn't used to myself. So I thought to calm myself down," he added.

He then explained, "In the drama, there is a scene where I have to pull my teeth out to torture someone. The intensity of the pain is shown on the screen, but I suddenly thought, 'How can I pull out a tooth to make it more painful?'"

"At that moment I thought, 'What is this?' I thought once again that I should be more careful when playing a role like this," concluded the 1981-born actor.

Meanwhile, Lee Dong Wook is starring in the tvN drama "Bad and Crazy". In this drama he plays a corrupt cop who has multiple personalities. (wk/eval)
