Lee Seung Gi's confession about sports actually makes a doctor sad, why?

Lee Seung Gi's confession about his obsession with sports made a doctor sad. Curious why? Check out the full explanation in the news below.

Lee Seung Gi revealed that he always makes time to exercise even though he doesn't have free time. This certainly surprised many people, because he could use his free time to rest instead of exercising.

In the latest episode of "Master in the House" which aired on Sunday (5/12), a medical reporter and a doctor met to talk about immunity. During this moment, Lee Seung Gi revealed that he is very diligent in exercising.

Lee Seung Gi said, "I have the mindset that I have to exercise at least 5-6 days a week. Even when there is filming every day, I force myself to do it."

After hearing this, Kim Dong Hyun began to express his admiration for Lee Seung Gi. According to him, he is the person who likes sports the most among the "Master in the House" members.

Kim Dong Hyun explained, "We know each other because we often talk about each other. He likes to exercise the most and is healthy, but if you look at his schedule, he often stays up late at night. Even in difficult situations, he uses his energy to exercise."

In the end Lee Seung Gi realized that he was too hard on himself. "I've always lived my life like that. So I think it became an obsession," he said.

Although it deserves thumbs up, doctor Esther Yeo advised Lee Seung Gi to time his exercise well. According to him, Lee Seung Gi should not do strenuous exercise in the middle of a busy schedule.

Esther Yeo said, "You shouldn't exercise when you're overworked like that. Exercise is good for your health, but if you stay up all night and have a busy schedule, you need to take a break from exercise to boost your immune system."

After hearing this, Lee Seung Gi started to defend himself. "But after that I compromised with myself. Because I always do," he said. "No, you should rest," said Esther Yeo. (wk/eval)
