Contents of Krystal's Speech f(x) Wins 'Best New Actress' for Salute

Through the drama 'Police University', Krystal f(x) has officially won the 'Best New Actress Awards' nomination category at the 2021 KBS Drama Awards.


The series of award shows organized by the KBS TV station titled the 2021 KBS Drama Awards have announced the winners in stages. Recently, it was reported that f(x)'s Krystal has won one of her categories.

On Friday (31/12), the owner of the real name Jung Soo Jung managed to bring home the trophy in the "Best New Actress Awards" category. This one idol managed to achieve this achievement after starring in the drama "Police University" which aired last August.

For this victory, Krystal gave a speech that said how she achieved this feat. "It's been 16 years since I debuted as a celebrity, but this is my first time receiving the 'Rookie of the Year' award. After I changed agencies, I want to thank the CEO and all the company members and thank the fans. The public has various sides that I have," he said.

As is known, Krystal herself has played an active role in several drama titles. However, it was through this drama that she finally got an award in the "Best New Actress Awards" category.

Besides, besides Krystal, Park Gyu Young from the drama "Dali and Cocky Prince" and Lee Se Hee from the drama "Young Lady and Gentleman" also won this category. In her speech, Lee Se Hee revealed that she considered winning the award like a dream.

Meanwhile, Park Gyu Young also expressed his gratitude to fans. 2021 was a year of support and love that made me want to live again. I think the reason for that was because of the 'Dali and Cocky Prince' that was there. To the director and staff, thank you. My beloved father and mother who have always supported me. I want to say thank you to supportive friends and beloved fans. I will become a healthy actress full of energy," said Park Gyu Young.

Meanwhile, the 2021 KBS Drama Awards have also announced the winners in the "Best New Male Awards" category. The category was won by SF9's Rowoon, Na In Woo and WEi's Kim Yohan. (wk/taki)
