Success with "Next Level" and "Savage", Aespa presents a new work in the form of a single titled "Dreams Come True". The song as well as the music video was released today, Monday (20/12), and presents the charm of Karina and her friends.
"Dreams Come True" is a remake of the first-generation girl group S.E.S's song of the same name released in 1998. For this remake version, solo singer BoA participated in the production, choreography, and visual concept.
The music video for "Dreams Come True" features aespa with different charms contrasting each other. The four girl group members carry the concept of hip hop where they appear rebellious at one moment but at another moment, they turn into cute and girly girls in white clothes that make them look like fairies.
The remake of the song produced by BoA coupled with aespa's youthful energy adds to the uniqueness of the original version of "Dreams Come True". In terms of vocals and dance, the girl group members presented the best as usual.
This aespa version of "Dreams Come True" is part of the SM Remastering Project, where SM Entertainment remastered more than 300 old music videos from the agency with better video audio quality. This song is also part of the "SMTOWN 2022: SMCU EXPRESS" project.
Meanwhile, recently aespa appeared at the 2021 KBS Gayo Daechukje event. The group was also present to entertain the variety show stars at the 2021 SBS Entertainment Awards which was held last weekend and performed their hit song, "Next Level". (wk/goddess)
