The bullying case, which has been almost entangled since March 2021, seems to have no end after A Pink's Chorong became a line of artists who were suspected of bullying during school.
After being accused of being a victim of bullying, now accuser A who claims Chorong A Pink did this again makes his attorney confirm something else. Chorong's attorney emphatically denied that his party lied about the results of the police investigation.
On Wednesday (8/12), Chorong's legal representative confirmed in an official statement that accuser A first filed a school bullying claim against Chorong in March 2021. Accuser A has been brought before the prosecution for threatening a client (Chorong) based on false information.
However, in response to the statement accuser A recently spoke up again and argued that the police did not show that the claims they made were false. According to A, the police had forwarded his case to prosecution solely for threatening, but they were unable to conclude that the allegations of bullying at the school were false due to lack of evidence.
Because it's back into a conversation, recently Chorong's attorney gave an official statement. "We recently confirmed that Accuser A has filed an additional lawsuit for defamation and for the dissemination of false information against our client. We would like to emphasize that there was no false information in our previous statement," the lawyer said.
According to Chorong's attorney, the police investigation report clearly shows that the accuser took advantage of many cases of school bullying in the entertainment industry to threaten Chorong with mass bullying such as emails containing false claims about clients' private lives. The accuser attempted to force the client to retire while threatening to publish this information.
"Furthermore, the accuser sent content such as edited recordings and other evidence that had nothing to do with the claim. Accordingly, the police determined that accuser A was guilty of threatening based on false information," said Chorong's attorney.
Finally, Chorong's side stated that they are currently waiting for the outcome of the latest lawsuit filed by accuser A. His lawyer then assured that they will reveal the details of the incident after all police investigations are completed.
Meanwhile, Chorong was accused of mass bullying A while still in school. It is suspected that A suffered injuries all over his body and had bruises on his face which led to this ongoing legal case. (wk/taki)
