Jun and The8 will not be involved in K-Pop boy group SEVENTEEN's comeback promotions. How come?
The agency, Pledis Entertainment, said that for the time being SEVENTEEN was only run by 11 members.
Quoting Allkpop, Wednesday (1/9/2021), Jun and The8 could not be with their colleagues because they were focusing on building promotions in China until the end of 2021. Pledis Entertainment confirmed that the two idols would not be able to return to Korea in the near future.

"We fully support all SEVENTEEN promotions both as a group and individually from all of its members. Jun and The8 are working in China until December 2021," said Pledis Entertainment.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN has several promotional agendas in South Korea. Jun and The8's absence is also an impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
"We have discussed this situation thoroughly. The decision, they both continue to promote in China," he said.
