The cast of the Korean drama On The Verge of Insanity shared their closing comments ahead of the drama's final broadcast.

The drama On The Verge of Insanity is considered a relatable and realistic drama about a group of old employees at an electronics company.

The drama production side takes the point of view of the employees' fierce struggle to survive amidst layoffs, departmental reshuffles, and promotions.

The female lead, Moon So Ri plays Jang Da Young, a workaholic team manager in the company's Human Resources department.

"It really feels like I was an employee of Hanmyung Electronics for a long time and I just left the company," said Moon So Ri, quoted from Soompi, Saturday (28/8/2021).

“We filmed everything on set in Changwon, the cast and crew became close while living together away from Seoul for five months. So it felt even more regrettable to say goodbye. I'm grateful that viewers have fun watching our drama."

He added, many lessons from the drama. The story is close to the life and daily problems that workers have to face so closely. “The drama itself is about living a life that endures, so I think a lot of people can feel and find comfort from it,” he said.

Meanwhile, Lee Sang Yeob, who plays Han Se Kwon, expressed his gratitude to the viewers. In the drama, he plays the figure of an outstanding employee so that he gets a quick promotion.

“We filmed during difficult times and in difficult situations, but I was able to stay strong because my co-workers were always energetic. I hope that we can meet again soon. Thank you," he said. /celebrities.id
