Song Kang was caught hugging Han So Hee during a break from filming a romantic drama Nevertheless. Han So Hee was also seen stroking Song Kang's shoulder.

In the behind-the-scenes video shared by the production team, however, it shows a lot about the closeness of the two main exhibitions. Song Kang stays at Yoo Na Bi's apartment, played by Han So Hee.

In between filming, Song Kang hugged Han So Hee's waist. Han So Hee also seemed to be stroking the shoulder of Song Kang who claimed to be sick.

This video also became the spotlight of South Korean netizens. Many think that Song Kang and Han So Hee's closeness is just a marketing technique.
