Shin Se Kyung IU decided to part ways with Namoo Actors, the agency that took care of her for 19 years. He chose to join a new agency, EDAm Entertainment.

It is not clear what caused Shin Se Kyung to resign from Namoo Actors. However, EDAM Entertainment admitted that they were very proud to be working with the singer.
“Shin Se Kyung has decided to sign an exclusive contract with EDAM Entertainment. After we finish discussing the contract, we will release an official statement this afternoon," said EDAM Entertainment as reported by Soompi, Monday (5/7/2021).
The statement was confirmed by Namoo Actors. "We have terminated the exclusive contract with Shin Se Kyung," said a person from the agency.
Shin Se Kyung made her debut as a singer in 1998 through the cover single Take Five, a song from Seo Taiji and Boys' fifth album.
She then ventured as an actress and captivated viewers through the dramas Tree With Deep Roots, Six Flying Dragons, and Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung. /celebrities.id
