The latest drama starring Krystal, B1A4's Jinyoung and Cha Tae Hyun was forced to postpone the filming process.
On June 22, a representative from KBS announced, "On June 16, one of the staff of the drama 'Police University' tested positive for COVID-19."
“The staff who tested positive did not carry out any work that required contact with staff and artists. However, due to cases that have been confirmed positive, all staff and players must undergo a COVID-19 test as a form of prevention, including people who come into contact with staff who have tested positive."
Finally KBS said, "For now, we have postponed the filming process, and we still don't have a definite plan to continue filming. We are currently in the process of adjusting the filming schedule.”
'Police University' is the latest drama starring Krystal and Jinyoung as students at the police academy. Actor Cha Tae Hyun is also starring in this drama as a detective who teaches at the university.
If there is no schedule change, the drama 'Police University' is scheduled to air on KBS in July after the drama 'At a Distance Spring is Green' ends. (www.kpopchart.net)
