The character of Myung Hee, Go Min Si also shared his valuable experience starring in the romantic Korean drama. Reported by Soompi, Go Min Si explained the reason for appearing in the drama Youth of May.
"Although this is a love story between a man and a woman, the events that occur when these people are placed in a true historical setting," said Go Min Si quoted from Soompi, Monday (28/6/2021).
"A production like this is valuable enough to last over time, and I'm proud to be a part of it."
Not only that, through Youth of May, Go Min Si was also moved to share with those in need. Go Min Si donated 10 million won (approximately $8,870) to the May 18, 2021 Memorial Foundation for the May 1980 Gwangju Uprising.
Go Min Si explained the reason for doing that. "I want to give as much as I can at my age now," said Go Min Si.
Furthermore, Go Min Si is rumored to be appearing in the mystery Korean drama Cliffhanger. The Korean drama tells the story of people climbing through the mysterious and unexplored areas of Korea's Jiri Mountain.
