This time the group spoiled fans by releasing a second teaser for the music video for their title song "Gambler". In the clip, the members are seen neatly dressed in expensive suits, passing by a luxury hotel. The teaser ends with the release information for the song with a flipped coin shot.

“Gambler” is the title track of the ninth mini album “One of a Kind”, which is scheduled for release on June 1 KST. The tracklist for this album was released on May 14, showing 6 songs in which Joohoney, IM and Hyungwon composed almost all of the songs. .

The first song is called "Gambler", which Joohoney worked on with Ye-yo! (Yeyosound), Laser and Jooyoung. I.M also participated in the lyrics of the song. Yeyosound previously composed MONSTA X songs such as "Stand Up" and "Stand Together".

The second song "Heaven" was again done by Joohoney, Yeyosound, and Laser, with I.M participating in writing the lyrics. The third song "Addicted" was created by a composer named Vendors. Meanwhile, the lyrics were done by Le-mon and ZNEE from 153 / Joombas, San from Vendors and Joohoney and I.M.

After debuting as a songwriter for MONSTA X's album last year with "Nobody Else", Hyungwon again composed the song for this album, "Secrets" which is the 3rd track. For the 4th track "Bebe", Hyungwon acted as the sole lyricist.

Since debut, MONSTA X has been known for their aggressive style, combining EDM, hip hop and pop elements. His aggressive style with "tracks centered around loud, clatter, electronic instrumentals, ferocious rap couplets and flashy vocals" has been influential throughout the fourth generation of K-pop.
