BTS continues to set records through its newest release, Butter. This time, they even managed to make new history on Spotify.

On May 29, 2021, Columbia Records announced Butter was the fastest song to reach 100 million streams in Spotify history. The song reached 100 million streams in just 7 days.

Previously, Butter also set the record for the song with the most streams in one day on Spotify. Right on the day of its release, the song was immediately heard 20.8 million times.

Previously, BTS managed to set a number of records on the release day of Butter. Even the hashtag #ButterBiggestDebut immediately reverberated and became a trending topic.

BTS Butter has officially become the music video with the most-watched YouTube premiere in history. When it premiered, MV Butter was watched by more than 3.9 million people.
