PIXY will soon change their official fandom name because it is similar to the fandom name for other girl groups.
Previously the OLAT Entertainment agency announced that PIXY would use the fandom name Wings.
However, on Saturday (24/04) the agency again said, “This morning, we confirm that there are other artists who have used the fandom name. We apologize for not checking carefully when choosing a fandom name and fan club. "
The agency then said that they would change the name Wings and choose a new name based on suggestions from fans.
Wings itself is the official fandom name of the girl group WeGirls, which debuted in 2018.
Girl group PIXY is known to have just made their debut with 'Wings' in February. (www.kpopchart.net)
