On April 11, 2021, one of BTS's fanbase accounts on Twitter, @BTS_Chile, shared their feelings about the mistreatment of a comedy TV show from Chile.
Through a tweet thread compiled by the fanbase account, they conveyed the form of disappointment at the mistreatment and acts of racism carried out by the TV show entitled "Mibario".
Also inserted in the video, you can see some comedians from Chile who dress up like BTS and mock BTS's way of speaking as South Korean, not only mocking the way they speak, but they also allude to the pandemic problem by saying "I've been vaccinated".
Committing the racist act behind the word 'comedy' and broadcast on national television, many netizens and fans expressed their disappointment by posting tweets using the hashtag #RacismIsNotComedy which then trended this hashtag on South Korean Twitter.
They also posted procedures for reporting acts of racism committed on the TV show online. (www.kpopchart.net)
