YG Entertainment's rookie boy group TREASURE is gearing up for their big label debut in Japan. But before that, they will also spoil their fans by releasing their newest single which is used as the popular Anime OST "Black Clover".
Yesterday, Sunday (14/2), they released the full version of their first original song in Japanese “BEAUTIFUL”. This song was chosen as the new ending theme song of the popular anime series "Black Clover". The song is known to be a medium tempo ballad.
This song successfully shows a new side of Treasure. “BEAUTIFUL” features multi-layered vocal melodies and a level of vocal control as well as a feel that goes far beyond what fans expect from a group of rookies.
Following their success with the digital single “BEAUTIFUL”, TREASURE will also make their major label debut in Japan on March 31 with the full album “THE FIRST STEP: TREASURE EFFECT”. The album will feature a total of 13 songs sung in Japanese.
The songs include "BEAUTIFUL" as well as the Japanese version as well as their hits like "BOY", "I LOVE YOU", "MMM" and "MY TREASURE". A Blu-ray / DVD is also planned featuring the music videos for the Japanese versions of "BOY", "I LOVE YOU", "MMM" and "MY TREASURE", available for the first time.
The first edition of each Japanese album version will include a priority lottery access code. It is used for a chance to win exclusive prizes, including online autograph sessions with TREASURE members.
