The senior girl group, SNSD or Girl's Generation, has been on hiatus from the Korean music industry for four years because of the busyness of each member. But recently it was reported that SNSD would soon be releasing a new album.

On February 19, various local South Korean media outlets reported that the eight SNSD members had a meeting recently, and discussed plans to release a new album.
"Even though they are in different agencies, discussions to release a new album occurred because of the good relationship between the members," said a source.
SM Entertainment as the agency that still fully controls SNSD's activities gave an ambiguous response. Representatives stated that nothing has been decided regarding the release of SNSD's new album, without mentioning any discussion.
If it is true that SNSD's new album will be released, it will be happy news for SONE who are already looking forward to the eight beautiful women performing together again on stage. Lastly, SNSD released the album Holiday Night in 2017.
