"Penthouse" season 2 will soon be airing. In the upcoming season, new characters will appear in addition to the rows of players who have starred in the SBS hit drama in season 1.
Ahn Yun Hong will join the cast of "Penthouse" season 2 as the new character Jin Boon Hong. On Saturday (13/2), the drama production team shared photos of their first scene.
In "Penthouse" season 2, Jin Boon Hong will be in charge of overseeing the education and lifestyle of Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon) 's daughter, Han Eun Byul (Choi Ye Bin). In the prime season as a result of the parenting style learned from her own parents, Han Eun Byul was suffering from a nervous breakdown with all the stress that had a serious impact on her mental health.
It remains to be seen how the introduction of Jin Boon Hong, who will control all aspects of Han Eun Byul's life, will affect the strained relationship between mother and daughter in "Penthouse" season 2.
Ahn Yun Hong talked about reuniting with his former co-stars Kim So Yeon and Eugene, expressing his gratitude to the two actresses for giving him such a warm welcome. "To be honest, I basically joined the cast in the middle of the drama," said Ahn Yun Hong.
"But the staff treated me very well so that I wouldn't feel awkward, which I'm very grateful for. Thankfully, I've worked with several staff members previously on my previous projects, so I was able to comfortably finish my first shoot," added Ahn Yun Hong.
“I worked with Eugene, who played Oh Yoon Hee and Kim So Yeon, who played Cheon Seo Jin, in another project before. And I'm very grateful to them because they greeted me warmly and open arms while reading the first script, where I feel nervous and embarrassed, and also during filming, "continued Ahn Yun Hong.
