BIGBANG's Seungri

The owner, whose real name is Lee Seung Hyun, is confronted with recently revealed crime charges, revealing that he and former Yuri Holdings CEO Yoo In Suk were known to have contacted a known gangster member during an argument with a customer at a drinking spot in Gangnam on December 30, 2015.

It is said that in the alley behind the bar, the gangster members threatened the victims by cursing and pulling their arms to retrieve their cell phones.

The military prosecutor stated, “Defendant Lee Seung Hyun [Seungri] conspired with Yoo In Suk and threatened the victims through a show of force. Therefore, he has been indicted as the co-principal perpetrator of [specific violence] incitement. "

For this new indictment, Seungri's lawyer denied the facts alleged to his client and said they would submit a detailed written opinion.

The indictments for specific incitement of violence add to the total nine charges Seungri is currently facing. (www.kpopchart.net)
