SBS K-Pop apologizes for harsh remarks made about Ningning aespa during "Black Mamba" performance
SBS K-Pop has recently come under fire for a statement made by a male staff member during aespa's appearance on "Black Mamba".
At the start of the song as the cameras zoom in on Ningning, a male staff member can be heard making the comment, "Ugh, this is out of sync."
Many believe that this statement was made about Ningning, which caused heated controversy in cyberspace.
Some people wondered which part of Ningning's performance had gone out of sync, and if it could be because the show had just started.
Following the controversy, SBS K-Pop clarified what the comment was about through News1.
"The video contains an unrelated conversation from a staff member who was not involved in filming. We have re-uploaded the video due to our negligence in checking the conversation throughout the video."

They then closed with an apology.
"We apologize to those who feel uncomfortable with this, and we promise to be more careful."
