The drama One the Woman tells the story of Jo Yeon Joo (Kim Ah Joong), a prosecutor who is also the daughter of a famous gangster in South Korea. One day, while chasing a suspect he got into a car accident that left him in a coma.
When he awakens from a coma, he realizes that his life has been swapped with the youngest daughter of the 20th richest family in the world. The woman is also the daughter-in-law of the BK Group, one of the leading companies in the country of Ginseng. He was forced to get married because his family arranged marriage.
On the other hand, Lee Sang Yoon will play Han Seung Wook, a rich man who still loves the woman who became his first love. He returns to South Korea to find out the truth behind his father's death.
