Today, Wednesday (23/12/2020), news circulated that Jinyoung GOT7 would leave JYP Entertainment. The owner of the name Park Jinyoung is rumored to be joining BH Entertainment.

Regarding the news, JYP Entertainment immediately spoke up. They denied that Jinyoung would have joined another agency after his contract expired in January 2021.
"It is true that GOT7's exclusive contract will end in January next year. We are discussing various possibilities with the members regarding the steps they will take in the future," JYP told Sports Chosun, as reported by Soompi.
A slightly different answer was given by the agency formed by Park Jin Young to Xportsnews. "We are discussing with Jinyoung the issue of contract extension from various sides," said JYP Entertainment.
Previously reported, Jinyoung reportedly met with BH Entertainment. However, nothing has been decided yet between the two parties.
"We haven't heard anything about the exclusive contract (with Jinyoung)," said BH Entertainment.
Given that Jinyoung is quite focused on acting, it is not impossible if he will choose a new agency that focuses on developing actors and actresses. BH Entertainment is one of the agencies capable of producing top Korean actors and actresses such as Lee Byung Hun, Kim Go Eun, Park Bo Young, and Jin Goo.
