RBW Entertainment has updated the news regarding legal steps they are taking against writers of hateful and malicious comments against their artists.
On November 16, the agency revealed that they have been and continue to crack down on and bring the spreaders of false information, slander and defamation online to the realm of the law.
“We appointed OhKims Law & Company to file a complaint against malicious comments, including the spread of false information, slander and defamation online. The sentences in some cases have ended in fines. In the case of systematic, persistent and malicious commenters, we continue to take unprecedented responses at the civil law level, ”the agency said.
The agency also expressly discloses that it will take high-level legal action, and collects evidence systematically with fan reports.
