IU Again Donates To The Front For Handling COVID-19 in South Korea

Soloist singer of 'Eight', IU is known to have made a donation to ease the burden on nurses across Korea by donating approximately 4,600 cooling vests worth around 100 million won through the Community Chest of Korea.

This cooling vest donated by IU is a tool that can help nurses who are overheated while using the protective equipment they wear when collecting test samples and treating COVID-19 patients.

This is not the first time the singer has reached out to help deal with COVID-19. Previously, the singer also had 200 million won for the health sector.

Apart from IU, many Korean idols have made donations to help deal with COVID-19 in South Korea. (www.kpopchart.net)
