GFRIEND recently gave their comments on the concept of their latest album.
In order to promote the album 'Song: Song of the Sirens', GFRIEND took a photo shoot with Elle Korea magazine for the August issue.
This photo shoot carries the concept of the main song from the album ‘回: Song of the Sirens’, titled ‘Apple’, showing the appearance of GFRIEND members who are much more mature.
Responding to their new concept which is different from the previous comeback, Sowon commented, "No matter what kind of concept we present, we want to show everyone that we can display the concept as naturally as possible, like we wear our own clothes."
Umji who wrote the song lyrics on GFRIEND's latest album revealed his feelings, "It feels so happy and excited when I hear other members singing the lyrics of the song that I wrote."
Regarding his hopes in promoting GFRIEND's latest album, Yerin said, "I want to hear the sentence, 'GFRIEND is GFRIEND'."
Finally SinB revealed things that have changed since GFRIEND debuted, "I grew to become aware of myself first," while Eunha, "I changed step by step," he concluded.
