A songwriter named Melanie Joy Fontana has recently become the target of the anger of BTS (Bangtan Boys) fans known as ARMY. He is considered to be taking credit for a V solo song entitled "Sweet Night".

"Sweet Night" is produced by V and Hiss noise and is also produced by Hiss noise, ADORA, Melanie Joy Fontana and Michel "Lindgren" Schulz. Fontana himself also worked on several BTS songs such as "Stay Gold", "ON", "Boy With Luv" and "Mikrocosmos".
On Tuesday (7/14), Universal Music Publishing posted a post about Fontana on their official Instagram account. This post discusses "Sweet Night" which he also worked on and commented on by Fontana himself.
"Record-breaker! All eyes are on the songwriter Melanie Joy Fontana whose latest work 'Sweet Night' by V BTS has won first place in iTunes in the most number of countries of all time," wrote Universal Music Publishing.
This post was replied by Fontana who wrote, Thank you very much for your support. I LOVE YOU ONCE YOU. "Fans then accused Fontana of taking credit from V as a figure who also worked on the song.
"Who are you? Taehyung wrote the song. You didn't do anything," a fan replied to Fontana's comments on Instagram. "That is not your achievement," wrote other fans.
