Finally, Today, Monday (1/6), YG Entertainment Provides Clarity Regarding the Release of Solo Rose, Lisa and Jisoo after being billed many times by fans.

In November 2018, Jennie became the first member of BLACKPINK (Black Pink) who debuted as a solo singer by releasing a single titled "Solo. At that time, YG Entertainment had promised that other members would also release a solo single, but it hasn't been realized until now.

Finally today, Monday (1/6), YG Entertainment provided clarification regarding the release of Rose, Lisa and Jisoo's solo after being repeatedly billed by fans. The following is the contents of YG Entertainment's official statement:

"Hello. This is YG Entertainment. YG recently told fans about the upcoming BLACKPINK comeback and official releases in June and September.

After monitoring the many responses from fans inside and outside Korea, it seems that many of you are curious about each member's solo release plans, so we decided to let you know about how it is being prepared.

YG has released Jennie's first solo single 'SOLO' in November 2018, and has worked on Rose's first solo track for more than a year. We ask for your understanding to spend more time than expected, because we plan to release several songs in album format, rather than releasing digital singles.

Rose's solo music project has been completed, and the release date is planned for September after the release of BLACKPINK's first full album. That's because all the members agreed that BLACKPINK's comeback as a group and the release of their first full album was more important than anything else.

In addition, Lisa's amazing solo single is ready to be released, and we are currently preparing for the release of Jisoo's solo single. The solo releases by the members will continue sequentially, after the release of BLACKPINK's first full album which will come in September.

YG always thanks fans inside and outside Korea, who have shown interest and affection for BLACKPINK to this day. We also always monitor your opinions which may sound trivial, but are actually very helpful.

YG will not stop their support and efforts to help BLACKPINK create better music and help them grow as commendable artists. That's because it is the first and foremost thing that we should consider to reciprocate your love and support for BLACKPINK.

Today is June 1. Please continue to encourage and support BLACKPINK members, who continue to work hard for the final preparation process for their upcoming comeback on this date. Thank you."

Meanwhile, YG previously announced that BLACKPINK will release and promote pre-release singles in June and August followed by the release of their full album in September. We look forward to you, yes.
