TWICE managed to bring home the first award cup through the comeback 'MORE & MORE' on the Show Champion music program. But the victory was marred by net criticism from netizens who commented on the voices of the TWICE personnel.
It has become a tradition for cup winners to sing encore at the end of the event live. TWICE was excited to sing 'MORE & MORE' without choreography.
Spicy criticism also emerged after a number of members considered not to sing well. But the loudest blasphemy was given to Momo.
"Gosh Momo just looked surprised when he heard his own voice," said one netizen.
"I don't want to criticize, but what's wrong with Momo's voice? In fact, he felt that his voice wasn't good," added another.
The criticism certainly makes ONCE hurt. They also tried to cheer Momo through the hashtag #WeLoveYouMomo.
"Momo is a beautiful girl, the most talented, and a hard worker who always tries hard for ONCE. She is the best girl," said fans.
