SEVENTEEN will make their first comeback after Pledis Entertainment was annexed by Big Hit. The latest release of SEVENTEEN will coincide with the summer in South Korea.
Pledis Entertainment confirmed the news of this comeback on Thursday (5/28/2020). After previously being widely reported by the media that Joshua Cs will release a new album in the summer.
"SEVENTEEN is now preparing a comeback with a new album planned for release on June 22, 2020," a management representative told Star News.
Every release of SEVENTEEN is indeed special. But this year will be more special considering that the group with 13 members recently celebrated their fifth anniversary debut.
SEVENTEEN is now also airing their documentary series entitled 'SEVENTEEN: Hit The Road'. The series airs every week on YouTube and has run several episodes.
SEVENTEEN's last comeback is the album 'An Ode' which became their best-selling album in 2019. The song 'Fear' is a mainstay on this album.
