TWICE has just made a comeback with the release of a new mini album titled "More & More" on June 1 yesterday. This is their first comeback after 9 months since the release of their previous album entitled "Feel Special."
The mini album "More & More" includes a title track of the same name which is a song that JYP Entertainment founder Park Jin Young joined in. A post on the online community site Theqoo discussed the distribution of the TWICE members' singing section for the song.
Including the ad-libs section, Nayeon got the most singing parts, namely 20.5 seconds and 14.6 seconds if no ad-libs were followed by Dahyun with 19.2 seconds, Chaeyoung with 18.3 seconds, and Sana with 17.4 seconds .
Furthermore, Jeongyeon and Jihyo each received the same portion of 15.6 seconds followed by Tzuyu with 14.3 seconds, Mina Myoui with 13 seconds, and Momo with 9.4 seconds.
This post received quite a lot of attention with more than 20 thousand clicks from netizens. Responding to the distribution of the TWICE singing section on the song "More & More", they also commented where some considered the part that was sung by Momo to be a bit "annoying".
"Momo's voice is very loud. But the song is good," commented netizens. "Wow, Momo's part is shorter than mine. But it feels very long," said another netizen. "The fairly fair distribution was unexpected," said another.
"It would be good if Jihyo alone sang the Momo part," said netizens. "Isn't Jihyo a main vocalist? The portions are a bit too small," commented another. "But Momo got a dance break. So it's still balanced," added another.
