BTS members finally appeared in the 'Dear Class of 2020' broadcast.
On June 7, 2020 local time, 'Dear Class of 2020' was finally broadcast via the Originals YouTube channel.
‘Dear Class of 2020’ is an event held by YouTube, to celebrate the graduation ceremony virtually for all school children in 2020 who could not attend the graduation ceremony due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Various influential figures from all over the world gave their speeches at this event, including BTS members, then former United States President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, former Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates, CEO of Alphabet and Google Sundar Pichai, and activist Malala Yousafzai.
Each BTS member took turns giving their speeches to give hope, comfort and congratulations, and to inspire young people around the world to take their own paths in achieving their dreams.
After giving his speech, BTS members also performed the songs 'Boy With Luv', 'Spring Day' and 'Microcosm' at the National Museum of Korea.
