'#ALIVE' is a Survival Thriller about a sudden epidemic of a mysterious disease that causes those infected to attack others (turn into zombies).
Zombie movie titled "#ALIVE" will soon be released soon. Ahead of its release, the production team held a press conference attended by the main couple Yoo Ah In and Park Shin Hye on Wednesday (5/27).
At the press conference, Yoo Ah In and Park Shin Hye were asked how it felt to act together. Interestingly, they are compact to give each other praise and bluntly admit they have long wanted to compete acting.
Park Shin Hye didn't even hesitate to call Yoo Ah In as her strongest reason for agreeing to star in "#ALIVE". "I really wanted to film with him. I met him in a private event before and he was very interesting. I always wanted to meet him once through a project," said Park Shin Hye.
Park Shin Hye called Yoo Ah In an actor who made him curious to know what kind of project they would produce if they worked together. "He is a person who is even more amazing than what I expected," added Park Shin Hye.
Yoo Ah In also mentioned that Park Shin Hye is the actress she always wanted to meet. "I feel Park Shin Hye will take this film. That is my first reason (to choose a film). I also think, 'Why haven't we met?'," Said Yoo Ah In.
"To be honest, I wonder how it would have been if we had first met through a romantic drama," Yoo Ah In continued, explaining that he enjoyed Park Shin Hye's acting in romantic comedy. She is an actress with the power to lead, "concluded Yoo Ah In.
Meanwhile, "#ALIVE" is a survival thriller about a sudden outbreak of a mysterious disease that causes those infected to attack other people (aka turning into zombies). The film is scheduled to appear late June.
