Joo Ji Hoon, from 'Princess Hours' to 'Kingdom' Popularity - Joo Ji Hoon's name began to be calculated since starring in the series 'Goong' or also known as 'Princess Hours' in 2006. Combining roles with Yoon Eun Hye, the drama was not only popular in Korea, but also in Indonesia.

In 'Princess Hours', Joo Ji Hoon is believed to play the charismatic figure of Prince Lee Shin in addition to his young age. He is set up with Chae Kyung (Yoon Eun Hye), who turns out to be a schoolmate in high school.

After his career increasingly uphill, Joo Ji Hoon again trusted to play a role as another prince in the series 'Kingdom' on Netflix. The drama was no less interesting because it raised the theme of resistance to zombies.

Joo Ji Hoon also talked about two similar but different roles. Playing a role in 'Princess Hours', he claimed he was immediately chosen by director Hwang In Roe without any preparation.

"In 'Goong', I was chosen by director Hwang In Roe even though I haven't had a chance to learn anything yet. Lee Shin is a shy high school student and lives under pressure," he explained.

While in 'Kingdom', Prince Yi Chang is known as a strict person and always makes good decisions. He was required to solve a big problem to protect his people.

"In 'Kingdom 2' I'm more mature and have to solve problems in my own way," said Joo Ji Hoon.

Currently, Joo Ji Hoon also starred in the Netflix drama production titled 'Hyena'. He acts as Yoon Hee Jae's lawyer.

Joo Ji Hoon also told what happened behind the scenes of 'Kingdom' in a recent interview. Check out the next article, yes!
