This results in the judge agreeing to watch the video in the courtroom after asking the examiner to make sure the video does not leak and watching the copy sent directly to himself.
But after watching the video, Judge Oh rejected Choi Jong Bum's claim and stated he was guilty of blackmailing, saying that his claim was wrong. Oh finally decided that although consent was not explicitly given to take the video, it is difficult to say that it was taken without Hara's consent, which therefore caused no demands to be filed with Choi Jong Bum.
