Park Yoochun sued MBC for libel charges

Park Yoochun sued MBC for libel charges - Park Yoochun JYJ is reported to have sued MBC television station for being accused of reporting false news.

Previously the news program on MBC had reported that police had found CCTV evidence when Park Yoochun was taking illegal drugs.

In addition, MBC also reported that there was a syringe scar on Park Yoochun's hand, even though according to the lawyer it was an injury that he had suffered a few months earlier.

On Monday (22/04), lawyer Kwon Chang Bum said, "Today in the West District Court of Seoul, we have filed a lawsuit for defamation carried out by MBC and asked them to rectify the report on the 'Newsdesk' episode 18 Last April, 'News Today' on April 19 and the '12 MBC News' program. "
"In addition, we have also demanded compensation from reporters who made the report," said the lawyer.
