If the recorded person agrees to be on camera but not for the distribution of photos or videos, the offender will be sentenced to less than five years in prison and a fine of less than 30 million won (Rp. 378 million). If the image or video is distributed for commercial purposes, the offender is sentenced to less than seven years in prison and a fine of less than 30 million won (around Rp. 378 million).
Meanwhile Jung Joon Young returned to Korea and arrived on Tuesday (12/3) yesterday to undergo an investigation. Police stated, "We cannot disclose whether we will call Jung Joon Young for an investigation tomorrow (March 13)."
