IU is known to be the main actor in 4 series of short films incorporated in "Persona". On Wednesday (3/27), the production team held a press conference in which the idol born in 1993 said he did not expect his latest project to be in the spotlight.
"Frankly, when I accepted this project proposal, I didn't expect this would be the big spotlight even until I held my own press conference. Initially, I was just excited because it would be four short films and didn't expect it to be broadcast on the Netflix platform, "IU said.
IU then revealed the hardest scene when angry in the movie series "Love Set". The film, directed by Lee Kyung Mi tells the story of a hot tennis match between IU and his father's boyfriend, who played Bae Doona.
"The key word in the film series is anger. His character is angry and very loyal to his feelings. Because I'm usually not explosive, it's rather difficult to play," IU continued.
IU then revealed the characters in the "Collector" film series which were the most difficult. "That might be the toughest unique role and free spirit. I have never met such characters in films or other books," concluded IU.
