Epik High was invited as a guest star on the SBS radio show, "2 O'Clock Escape Cultwo Show". On this occasion, they discussed a lot of interesting things, starting from the upcoming album to the experience of working with Suga Bangtan Boys.
Before discussing Suga, Epik High talked about their European tour. Their concert will be held in London, Paris, Amsterdam and many more.
When radio DJs ask if they are popular overseas, Tablo says they are very famous. "Usually local people come (to our concerts). We are very popular," Tablo said.
Epik High then introduced their new album entitled "Sleepless in _________". On this album, they collaborated with a number of talented musicians, including Suga BTS. On the album, Suga took part in composing the song "Eternal Sunshine".
Before talking about his collaboration with Suga on their latest album, Tablo first praised Suga's talent when collaborating to compose Lee Sora's "Song Request" song. He also said that Suga was a very good person.
"He is a good man with many talents," Tablo said. "I thought it would be too easy to guess if I participated in the song I wrote. Then I thought of Suga and recommended it (to Lee Sora)."
After his first collaboration, finally Tablo and Epik High decided to cooperate with Suga on their own album. Because he didn't want to make a mistake, Tablo even called himself Suga's agency boss, Bang Si Hyuk.
"I asked Suga to work with us through a phone call with Bang Si Hyuk sunbaenim," Tablo said. "We have to call CEO Bang Si Hyuk, and I think Tukutz will make a mistake if he does it. So I have to do it myself."
Meanwhile, Epik High's latest album will be launched on Wednesday (13/3) at 18:00 local time. One of the goals of this album is to entertain those who have sleep problems for various reasons, such as nightmares, depression, heartbreak and much more.
