Yoon Ji Sung Wanna One: 'There's no end to dreams' - Yoon Ji Sung Wanna One shares her own experience as a trainee and advises people who are worried that they are starting to be late to live a thing in life.
The opening ceremony of the global youth forum "MBN Y Forum 2018" was held on 28 February. The guest appearance was attended by football commentator Cha Bum Geun, actress Lee Yoo Ri, Park Woo Jin, Yoon Ji Sung, Ha Sung Woon, and Hwang Min Hyun, as well as Olympic gold medalist PyeongChang Choi Min Jung, Lee Seung Hoon and Lim Hyo Jun.
During the event, Yoon Ji Sung shares her own life story and says, "I think this is something that is related to people in their early to mid 20s. I debuted at a relatively late age. Even though I'm personally okay with waiting for what I have to do, what starts to hurt me is when my family gets together for the holidays and everyone will worry about me and ask me, 'So when are we gonna see you on TV? He goes on to state, "Personally, I do not think there's such a thing as an 'end age' to start something".
I just focus on loving myself, trying hard, and showing what I have, Yoon Ji Sung continued "I want to reach people who have the same dream as me". I know the people around me who are trying to get a job but are not going the way they expect.
I want to be a message of hope for them. Measuring your happiness based on others will always make you unhappy. I know it's hard to adjust to your own standards, but I hope people never stop supporting their own path. "
Yoon Ji Sung debuted as a Wanna One member in 2017 after performing on Mnet's "Produce 101 Season 2." She is one of the oldest contestants on the show.
