J-Hope BTS set a new record as a Korean solo artist on the iTunes Chart - J-Hope Bangtan Boys managed to set a new record with his solo mixtape.

J-Hope Bangtan Boys managed to set a new record with his solo mixtape.

Just a matter of hours after it was released in the early hours of Friday (02/03), his solo mixtape entitled 'Hope World' went first on the iTunes album charts of various countries.

Mixtape was ranked first on the iTunes album charts in a total of 63 countries, including Indonesia, the United States, Britain, Canada, Brazil, Australia and many more.

J-Hope became the first South Korean solo artist to make it to the top of the iTunes chart, reaching a total of 63 countries.

While holding a live streaming event on V Live, J-Hope had said, "My biggest dream is to be able to release a mixtape with a unique musical color, I want to tell a lot of my stories to everyone through the song."

J-Hope also admitted that this mixtape he prepared for more than 1 year and admitted very nervous when released it, surpassing the nervous feeling when he just debuted with Bangtan Boys.
