According to a Korean netizen statement on the Pann website, the idol named Kim Min Hak sent a message to a Japanese fan who was underage to come to his hotel room when he was on vacation later.
Kim Min Hak started approaching this fan by using a Twitter account, they then sent each other messages using the chat application KakaoTalk. The Japanese fan then uploaded a screenshot of their conversation through his Instagram account.
