In the MBC Section TV broadcast on January 28th, EXO members expressed their confidence in the face of their seventh year.
During the interview, EXO members were asked to share their secrets to overcome the famous '7-year curse' of idols, where k-pop groups tend to break up in their seventh year.
Chanyeol replied, "I think our bonds are getting stronger every year, we often meet to talk about things, and if there's a difference of opinion, we'll definitely discuss it and always try to find a middle ground." The EXO members then looked at Sehun and called it one of the members who became the glue of their group bond, and said, "He is the driving force in our team, and is able to make our discussions more advanced."
The members then chose Suho as a member who has not changed a bit since their debut. Chen explains, "He always has an exemplary personality and image that his image has not changed from the beginning, and I think that's why he became our leader." Chanyeol then chimed in Chen by saying, "To be honest, I'm not so close to Suho when we're trainees, but he's a reliable person when I have concerns, or when a lot of thoughts are spinning inside my head he's never changed." Baekhyun added, "Even his face does not change at all."
Then they were asked which members changed the most, and they chose Sehun. Baekhyun explains that Sehun was in high school when EXO made his debut, and he still looks cute, but now he looks very masculine and grown up. They then tease Sehun by saying, "He can not even look at us from the beginning, but look at him now, he even sits with his legs crossed."
