To celebrate its 47th anniversary, The Daily Sports compiled a list of most influential people in the entertainment industry. This list contains individuals from all areas of industry, such as actors, singers, broadcasters, producers, and others.
The Daily Sports asked 50 people from each of the entertainment sector (production, movies, and music) with a total of 150 people took part in the first part of the survey. These people were asked to rank the individuals they choose from rank 1-5, and then the results have again through voting by netizens.
Actor Song Joong Ki was ranked first with a total of 318 points, after the mega-hit KBS drama 'Descendants of the Sun' is sweeping through Asia. Writer Kim Eun Sook, who wrote and developed the script 'Descendants of the Sun', is in the second position, followed by comedian and MC Yoo Jae Suk in third.
Another important figure is the producer of Na Young Seok, famous for popular TV shows such as '1 Night 2 Days' and 'Grandpas Over Flowers', was fourth, and Lee Soo Man, the founder of SM Entertainment, which is in the seventh position. G-Dragon also entered the top ten list with nine positions.
