PUBG MOBILE, one of the world's most popular mobile games, is proud to announce its partnership with the global K-pop group aespa. From today until June 30th, players can enjoy exclusive in-game content inspired by aespa's futuristic style and signature music, including themed outfits, dance emotes, voice packs, and special items through a limited-time Prize Path. The collaboration also features a collectible in-game album featuring aespa's hit songs "Whiplash" and "Dark Arts," available as lobby music through an exclusive in-game event.
Bringing aespa's chart-topping music and bold K-pop identity to PUBG MOBILE, this collaboration features dance emotes inspired by the group's iconic songs, "Whiplash" and "Dark Arts," allowing players to mimic some of aespa's most iconic choreography in-game. Players can also unlock "Whiplash" and "Dark Arts" collectible album items, which expand aespa's musical and visual identity into exclusive in-game rewards.
Originally released in July 2025 as a collaboration song for aespa x PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, "Dark Arts" quickly became a fan favorite among players. Following a successful launch in PUBG MOBILE Japan and Korea earlier this year, the song and its themed content are now available globally. The exclusive "Dark Arts" in-game album can be obtained through the PUBG MOBILE Global Open (PMGO) Event, while "Whiplash" will be available through the Perk Exchange system.
Players can also showcase aespa's signature K-pop style through outfits inspired by members KARINA, GISELLE, WINTER, and NINGNING, as well as individual voice packs for each member. Additionally, the Prize Path features aespa-themed items such as a custom frying pan, firearm skin, and helmet, completing the collaboration with a comprehensive lineup of collectible prizes.
The PUBG MOBILE x aespa collaboration will be available in-game from June 1 to 30. Download and play PUBG MOBILE for free on the App Store and Google Play Store to collect these exclusive items.
aespa is a K-pop group widely recognized for its unique concept and powerful stage performances. The four members—KARINA, WINTER, GISELLE, and NINGNING—carry out various activities built on a unique multiverse concept that transcends the real and digital worlds, and the slogan "Only I can define myself."
Since their record-breaking debut with the mega-hit single "Black Mamba" in 2020, aespa has continued to achieve numerous achievements. Their 2022 EP, "Girls," topped the Billboard Top Album Sales chart and entered the Billboard 200 at No. 3, their highest-charting single on the chart at the time. Their third EP, "MY WORLD," also reached No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart.
This was followed by the EP "Drama," their first full-length album, "Armageddon," their fifth EP, "Whiplash," the physical single "Dirty Work," and their sixth EP, "Rich Man," with aespa achieving million-selling status for seven consecutive releases, further solidifying their strong presence in the music industry. Most recently, aespa collaborated with Anderson .Paak on the song "Keychain (FROM THE FILM K-POPS!)," representing K-pop as one of the main artists on an original soundtrack and showcasing their distinctive global musical style.
After winning the “Group of the Year” award at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music Awards, aespa was recently nominated for “Best Female K-Pop Artist” at the 2026 American Music Awards (AMAs). The group even earned recognition in the design field, winning the 2026 Red Dot Design Award in the Product Design category for the “Dirty Case Ver.” version of their single “Dirty Work.” aespa continues to strengthen its global presence through their second full-length album and upcoming tour, while also forging closer relationships with fans worldwide.
Meanwhile, PUBG MOBILE is based on PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, the phenomenon that has taken the interactive entertainment world by storm since 2017. Up to 100 players will be dropped onto a remote island to compete in a battle to determine a single winner. Players must scavenge for and gather their own weapons, vehicles, and supplies, and defeat all other players in a visually and tactically rich battlefield that forces players to survive in an ever-shrinking playing area. PUBG MOBILE is co-developed by LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS from Tencent Games and KRAFTON, Inc.
